The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 09.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, legal representatives of the appellant (i) to (iv) are not residing at the given address. Legal representatives of respondent No.3(iii), respondent No.4(i) to (ii) are not residing at the given address. Respondent No.8 is also not residing at the given address. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellants.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
