Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since learned counsel for the State has suffered the statement for presentation of cancellation report before learned Area Judicial Magistrate and it has emerged on record that the petitioners have returned the whole amount to respondent No.2, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to make out their case for acceptance of the cancellation before learned Area Judicial Magistrate. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above prayer.
