(Presence marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.039 dated 06.02.2020, under Section 174-A of IPC registered at Police Station Civil Line, Jind.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 25.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel does not controvert joining of investigation by the petitioner. He submits that per his instructions custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 25.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
