(ORAL): The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the petitioner's interview on 25.3.2019 since she had submitted all her documents for scrutiny as per direction of the Department.

Pursuant to the order dated 20.2.2024, the petitioner's provisional result has been produced in a sealed cover, which shows she has obtained ninety marks in written test and twenty in interview, which makes it one hundred ten in total.

Learned State counsel contends that cut-off marks for the general category candidates were one hundred twenty eight, and she could not have been selected in any case.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition for adjudication.

Dismissed.
