**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) The present petition raises challenge to order dated 08.02.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, whereby the order for granting interim maintenance dated 21.08.2018 was modified.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in fact, this petition has been rendered infructuous, for the reason that the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been decided vide order dated 21.11.2022.

Keeping the right of the petitioner to challenge the said order, the present petition is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
