(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Surender Kumar, submits that out of total 13 prosecution witnesses, 09 witnesses have already been examined and the next date fixed before the Court below is 08.08.2017 for recording the statements of remaining 04 witnesses.

In view of the submissions made be counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of by issuing a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
