**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 083 dated 7.2.2018 registered at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani under Sections 370, 370-A, 372, 373, 506, 344, 376, 34 IPC. Petitioner is in custody since 11.2.2018. The case has been adjourned thrice but the prosecution is unable to get the service effected on the victim who is now shifted to Ranchi. The trial will take time. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate with the condition that he will not tamper with evidence in any manner.
