(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.107 dated 20.04.2022, registered under Sections 341, 354-D and 506 IPC, at Police Station Cantonment, District Amritsar, Punjab. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 21.03.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurpreet Singh, assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
