Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No. 120, dated 13.07.2007, under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Balachaur, District SBS Nagar (Annexure P-1), final report/challan dated 05.04.208 (Annexure P-2), order dated 26.07.2010 (Annexure P-4), vide which, petitioner declared 'proclaimed offender', and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
