The present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Nadala - respondent no.4, to, on the basis of the demarcation, which has been conducted over the land of the petitioner carried on khasra no.231/1-4 in village Nadala, Tehsil Bholath, District Kapurthala, hence within a fortnight, constitute a petition under Sections 3,4, and 5 of The Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971, before the competent authority, and, on such petition, being filed, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, but after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the affected persons.
