(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 227 dated 15.03.2016, registered at Police Station City Gurgaon, Distt. Gurgaon, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that out of 18 witness, 14 have been examined and 01 has been given up. He has further submitted that son of the deceased has also been examined on 30.03.2017 and the photocopy of certified copy of statement of Arpit-P.W.11 has been shown to the Court by learned counsel for the petitioner. Heard.
