Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners as he has grave apprehension of threat to his life at the hands of respondent No.5, who is a dreaded terrorist.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has moved representations Annexures P-5 and P-6, but no action has been taken thereupon. Learned counsel limited his prayer to the extent that the representation moved by the petitioner be decided in accordance with law. 3.
