(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transferring the investigation in case FIR No. 75 dated 27.03.2014, registered at Police Station Chherratta, District Amritsar, under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) to some other independent agency and also to investigate the instant FIR as Police has not registered the case under Section 406 IPC against the accused.

In reply to the petition, the response was filed by the respondent-State by way of affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police (Headquarter), Amritsar City and it is stated in paragraph no. 5 of the reply that all the allegations levelled in the application could not be substantiated in the absence of any evidence. In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required in the matter and the same is disposed of as such with liberty to the petitioner to file documents in proof of averments JITENDER KUMAR 2015.04.28 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
