**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No. 176 dated 27.11.2015 (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 6.3.2017 (Anneuxre P-2). The litigation expenses of Rs. 20,000/- which had been ordered on the previous date have been paid today in the Court. Limited notice was issued in this case. The matter was thereafter sent for mediation. Report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received that mediation was not possible. Counsel for the petitioners contends that they are entitled to a hearing on merits.

Counsel for the respondent points out that limited notice had been issued.
