(ORAL) The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 13 dated 05.01.2019, under Sections 186, 307, 353 and 311 IPC, Section 5/13 (22), 17 of the HGS&GS Act, 2015; Section 11/59/60 of the Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the FIR has been lodged on the basis of recovery of cattle from TATA-207, which is not registered in the name of the petitioners, and they have no connection with the same. The allegations also pertain to firing a shot but no one was injured and they have been falsely implicated in this FIR. This Court, by order dated 12.04.2019, had directed the petitioners to appear before the investigating officer and join the investigation and in the event of their arrest, they were ordered to be released on ad interim bail to the satisfaction of the investigating/arresting officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (218) CRM-M No. 13249 of 2019 -2Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Karnail Singh, states that the petitioners have joined investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the order dated 12.04.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. They shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands disposed of.
