Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in a cross case recorded vide DDR No. 28-A dated 22.6.2015 in FIR No. 225 dated 20.6.2015 under Section 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 27.7.2015:- "Notice of motion to the respondent be issued for 15.09.2015.

In the meantime, the arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed subject to the following conditions:

(i) He shall make himself available for investigation as and when required to do so.

(ii) He will not leave the country without the prior GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.16 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

(iii) He will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police official."

Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Sub Inspector Dalip Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.

It is a case of version and cross version. Since the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation, it would be just and expedient to confirm the interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 27.7.2015.

Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 27.7.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
