( Oral ) Present petition was filed way back in January, 2017, the petitioners sought quashing of FIR No. 392 dated 29.12.2016 registered under Sections 279, 336, 120-B IPC, 181, 192, 196 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. During the pendency of the present petition, the State counsel submits that the charges have been framed in July, 2017 and the present petition is become infructuous.
Given the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty reserve to petitioner to file fresh petition challenging the framing of charges if, they want to do so. All pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
