Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation from some senior police official in case FIR No. 68 dated 20.4.2017, registered under Sections 18C, 27, 27A & 28 of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Section 15(2)(B) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and Sections 336, 378, 379, 405, 406, 409, 417 & 420 IPC at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners have made representation dated 1.6.2017 (Annexure P2) to Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range, Karnal, Haryana, which remain unattended.
