******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.45 dated 19.03.2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307/148/149 of Indian Penal Code and 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh submits that in terms of order dated 05.06.2018 passed by this Court, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. Trial of the case is pending and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

In view of submission of learned State counsel but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 05.06.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- JITENDER KUMAR 2018.09.25 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-25175 of 2018 -2- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
