RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to official respondents to expedite the enquiry pending in FIR No.167, dated 11.07.2022, under Sections 379, 447, 506, 511 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala and also to arrest respondents No.4 to 5.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
