(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing FIR No. 0049 dated 17.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Police Station Babain, District Kurukshetra and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) effected between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she may be permitted to withdraw present petition as the mediation has failed. Permitted to do so.
