***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in FIR No.62, dated 22.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar, under Sections 406, 420, 419, 467, 468, 471, 506 & 120-B IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 22.03.2023, petitioners have joined the investigation and have been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 22.03.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by them.
