(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that inadvertently, in the memo of parties, 'State of Punjab' has been wrongly typed as respondent No. 1 instead of 'State of Haryana'. In view of the above, respondent No. 1-State of Punjab in the memo of parties be read as State of Haryana.

Registry to carry out necessary corrections in the memo of parties.

In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.

Heard.

Respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sirsa is hereby directed to look into the matter and if apprehends any danger to the life and liberty of the petitioners then only shall provide protection to them. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the memo of parties.
