ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents to properly conduct the investigation in FIR No.125 dated 27.04.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 307, 341, 506 IPC and 25, 54, 59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal.

Reply filed by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hathin on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, is already on record and as per the reply, during the investigation, the accused - Sandeep and Nehpal were arrested and after completing the investigation, the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was submitted before the trial Court on 17.08.2018 and thereafter, the case was fixed for prosecution evidence.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Pardeep Kumar, has argued that 14 prosecution witnesses out of 17 PWs, have already been examined.
