Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance to the last order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from PSI Vijay Kumar has intimated that the petitioner has joined investigation, however, his signatures and handwriting are required for which purpose, prosecution will move an application before the Illaqa Magistrate in accordance with law. 4.
Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the bail petition on the ground that handwriting and signatures of the petitioner are required for the purpose of comparison.

Vide order dated 23.03.2023, the arrest of the petitioner was stayed. Subsequently, during the course of proceedings, the petitioner was asked to join and co-operate with the Investigating agency. In pursuance thereto, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Keeping in view the above submissions and the fact that the petitioner had joined the investigation, the present petition is allowed, subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Further the petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when required in future by way of written notice for such purpose to be served by Investigating Officer of this case upon the petitioner; he will not tamper with the evidence nor will influence the witnesses and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. 8.
The petition stands allowed.
