    HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for the quashing of FIR bearing No.08 dated 05.02.2016 under Sections 406, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Dina Nagar Tehsil and District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1) alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurnam Singh submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioners have already been acquitted vide order dated 14.08.2019 in case FIR No.08 dated 05.02.2016, under Sections 406, 506 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Dinanagar passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurdaspur, a copy whereof has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. In view of the above-said submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed having being rendered infructuous.
