(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the revised Pension Payment Order (PPO) dated 01.09.2022, Annexure P-2, wherein petitioner's qualifying service for retiral benefits has been counted from the date of CPF deduction, i.e., 01.08.1976, and not from the date of joining, i.e., 16.07.1973. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before respondent no.2.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent No.2/Commissioner and Director General School Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving the representation.
