These criminal miscellaneous applications have been filed seeking exemption from filing certified copies of documents Annexures P-4 and P-5, with a further prayer to place the said documents on record.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner, and going through the contents of the applications, the same are allowed. The applicant/petitioner is exempted from filing certified copies of the documents (Annexures P-4 & P-5) and the same are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas before learned Trial Court at an appropriate stage.
