 !"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Gurdev Singh, Didar Singh and Bahadur Singh in case bearing Complaint No.57RT/2013 dated 02.12.2006 under Sections 3(VII), (X), (IVX) and Section 4 and 6 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 323/341/452/148/149 IPC before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rajpura, District Patiala.

   Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 29.07.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail, which fact could not be controverted by learned counsel representing the respondents. In the light of above, sending the petitioners into custody will not subserve any purpose and in view thereof the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 29.07.2015 is made absolute subject to compliance under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
