(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.33 dated 15.02.2019, registered under Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012, Police Station Islamabad, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.03.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
