The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for directing respondent No.2 for taking necessary action on the complaint dated 02.01.2026 filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 02.01.2026 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
