RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for setting aside the order dated 25.02.2021, passed by Divisional Canal Officer, Pundri Water Services Division Kaithal, Annexure P-1, and order dated 27.04.2022, passed by Superintending Canal Officer, Bhakra Water Services Circle, Kaithal, Annexure P-2, and order dated 10.12.2022, passed by Chief Canal Officer, Kaithal, Annexure P-3, whereby transfer of land of respondent No.5 from outlet at RD 44865-R to outlet at RD 49219-R has been accepted for insufficient reasons and without following statutory procedure. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
