(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the quashing of an FIR No.139 dated 10.09.2013 under Section 420 IPC registered with Police Station Sadar, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-5/T) alongwith its subsequent proceedings as from the bare perusal of the FIR no offence is made out; as the petitioner had sold the plot in question to his real sister by registered sale deed dated 10.07.2005 through his Power of Attorney given to respondent No.4/complainant dated 23.02.2001. The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has since been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 26.11.2019. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the State, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
