**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 79/2015 dated 12.5.2015 registered at Police Station Ladhowal, District Ludhiana under Sections 363, 366-A, 306, 120-B IPC and later on Section 376 IPC was added.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had been arrested on 14.5.2015 and the allegations are that the victim had eloped with the brother of the petitioner and later on she had committed suicide in her own home. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 17.5.2016 and urges that the Court below had noted that the co-accused against whom similar allegations were made, had been granted bail. It was urged that the entire family would not assist the young couple to elope and the entire family had been roped in.

Crl. Misc. No. M-25224 of 2016 -2similar role. Gauri, Satto, Bikram etc. were granted bail. There is no specific allegation different to the one made against the accused who were allowed bail.
Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
