R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as son of the petitioner has since been traced.
Learned counsel for respondents no. 5 and 6, however, submits that son of the petitioner was found from the relative place of the petitioner and learned State counsel has also filed reply/affidavit of Gulneet Singh Khurana, IPS, ACP (West), Ludhiana in this regard and the same is taken on record. With regard to rest of the grievance, the petitioner would have the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
