Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of complaint (i.e. COMA/36/2021 dated 02.08.2021) filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against the cousin sister (i.e. petitioner No.1) and the paternal aunt (Bhua) (i.e. petitioner No.2) of husband of respondent/complainant before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class-II, Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present petition as the said impugned complaint filed by the respondent, has been dismissed in default.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the same. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
