(Oral) The petitioner in the present petition is seeking issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to get release his minor daughter-detenue, namely, Baro from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 7.

The detenue-Baro was traced and has been produced in the Court today. On a query, she submits that she wishes to remain with her father-Rehmat Ali i.e. the present petitioner. Her statement was also recorded in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court in this regard.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are called for by this Court.

Disposed of.
