Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Ms. Anika Khurb, DDA, Administrator, Gurugram, HSVP Office, states that the petitioner has since applied for a plot in the Oustee quota and till such time as the application for allotment of the plot under the Oustee quota is not decided, no demolition would be carried out.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition at this stage.
