(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that they both have instructions from their respective parties that the parties are willing to settle the matter in case the petitioner-tenants would handover vacant possession of premises to the respondent-landlord on or before 30.06.2025. Learned counsel for the parties are also ad idem that whatever is the rent that is currently being paid would be continued to be paid to the respondentlandlord by the 7th of every month. In case of any failure on the part of the petitioner-tenants to pay the agreed rate of rent, the respondent-landlord would always be at liberty to take the recourse to law for getting the premises vacated. The petitioners shall file an undertaking before the Rent Controller to the effect, as noted above.
