M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) The matrimonial dispute between the complainant Pooja and her husband appears to be proceedings towards amicable settlement. The mother of the petitioner has been granted the concession of pre-arrest bail. The petitioner has joined investigation pursuant to the interim order 29.7.2015.

In view of said circumstances, this petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of arresting officer subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
