Ms. A.K.Khurana, Addl. A.G., Punjab Ajay Tewari, J (Oral) Vide this common order above mentioned two petitions are being disposed of as they arise from the same FIR.

These are two petitions filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.69, dated 23.06.2014, registered under Sections302/307/341/506/427/148/149 of the IPC read with Sections

Learned Counsel for the petitioners has argued that the petitioners have been in custody more than two years and not a single witness has been examined and they are not attributed a single injury to the deceased. Learned Addl. A.G., Punjab on instructions from ASI Narender Singh, has accepted these factual assertions. In these circumstances, without commenting upon the merits of the case, and keeping in view the period of custody already suffered by the petitioners, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of regular bail to them.

Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Petitions stand disposed of.
