In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take further departmental action in consequence of enquiry report dated 18.09.2025 (Annexure P-2) and another enquiry report dated 27.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) conducted by the Chief Vigilance Officer (Cooperation), Panchkula. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.1 to treat the present writ petition as representation and decide the same, in a time bound manner.
