(ORAL) After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition, while submitting that the petitioner would be surrendering before the concerned trial Court within one week positively and would be moving an application there for seekig the relief of regular bail and he further prays that the trial Court be directed to decide the said application within some specific time frame. Learned State counsel has no objection to the above-discussed submission as well as the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the SEEMA SHARMA 2022.02.10 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
