*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 07.06.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and recovery of car has been effected.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukhveer Singh has affirmed the factum of joining investigation as well as the recovery.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 07.06.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
