* * * In spite of repeated adjournments, the appellants have failed to furnish the correct addresses of respondent Nos.4 and 5. Since it is the claimant's appeal, therefore, one more opportunity is being afforded to the appellants to comply with the previous orders with SEEMA RANI 2015.07.22 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

F.A.O.NO.974 of 1998 [2] regard to supplying of the correct addresses of respondent Nos.4 and 5 subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Haryana Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh.

The required addresses be supplied within 15 days of passing of this order and on his doing, so notices be issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 for 20.07.2015."

No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. Office report reveals that neither the correct addresses of respondent Nos.4 and 5 have been supplied nor the costs were deposited. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
