This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 267 dated 03.07.2015 under Sections 148, 149, 327, 447, 511, 120-B & 506 IPC at Police Station Madlauda, district Panipat.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated July 28, 2015, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated July 28, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
