(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.439 dated 20.12.2018, registered under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention), Act 1956, Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab.

According to the prosecution, on the basis of secret information, a raid was conducted at the rented hotel of petitioner named as Night City Hotel, where petitioner was found running prostitution. Three boys and eight girls were arrested from the spot. The girls in their statements unequivocally disclosed to the police that they were visiting said hotel for prostitution and paid `2000/- by one Puneet and Anuj, may be a henchmen of the petitioner.
