**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 27.07.2016 of this Court, the petitioner was directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit him to interim bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court on 04.08.2016 and bail bonds furnished by him, in pursuance of order of this Court, were accepted by the trial Court. Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that he does not dispute the said fact.
