(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family from respondent No. 4Nitu Narang. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, be directed to decide the representation dated 15.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) already submitted by the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, is hereby directed to decide the representation dated 15.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) moved by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order.
