The present case relates to the files, which have been destroyed in the fire incident, which took place in the year 2011. However, learned counsel for the insurance company has placed on record the photostat copies of the documents, which have been taken on record. Despite, notice having issued, the appellants have not made appearance. Even, service of the notices has been duly effected in the connected appeals, but however, the appellants have not appearance.

Seemingly, the appellants are not interested to pursue the present appeal. As such, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution, with the clause of revival, if anyone makes appearance, on behalf of the appellants.
